The Fast ACTES platform
Docapost Fast, the leading electronic trust services operator for local authorities, called on Steamulo to design and build several of its applications.
ACTES is a platform for managing official acts subject to legality review. When a local authority (town hall, departmental or regional council…) makes a decision in council, the corresponding act must be sent to the prefecture, which has two months to check its compliance. The platform lets officers submit and send these acts and manage exchanges with the administration.

A full redesign in 2024
Steamulo has maintained the project since 2013 and fully redesigned it in 2024, in 6 months using an Agile Scrum methodology, with a team of 5 (project manager, UX/UI designer, lead developer, senior developer and junior developer).
Main technologies: RESTful API architecture, React JS, Java Spring and PostgreSQL.
