Portal Redesign & Global Project Management
Redesign of the opcoep.fr website on Drupal 9 using Design Thinking, then global project management of all OPCO EP internet and intranet sites.
Context & challenge
The « interim » website launched in 2020 no longer reflected OPCO EP's ambitions. The challenge was less technical than about design, co-creation and guidance towards best practices — support work that was decisive for the project's success.
Design Thinking-led design
The framing phase applied the Design Sprint method (originating at Google): over two weeks, 5 co-creation workshops between the OPCO EP and Steamulo teams — understanding the topic, ideation, convergence, prototyping then validation through user testing. Strong SEO support fed the strategic thinking and the search-optimisation roadmap.
Agile development & Infrastructure-as-Code
Development followed Agile SCRUM ceremonies (two-week sprints, demos, continuous code delivery). Steamulo drew on its SEO, editorial, UX/UI, Drupal 9 and hosting (DevOps) expertise.
As on all its projects, Steamulo set up an Infrastructure-as-Code approach: hosting becomes testable, repeatable, versionable and automatable, for faster and safer releases. Following this project, OPCO EP entrusted Steamulo with the project management of all its internet and intranet sites.
