Bienvéo Portal Redesign & TMA
Full redesign of Bienvéo.fr, the national platform for social housing listings for rent and sale, under TMA and hosting for USH.
Context
As part of its digital missions, the Union Sociale pour l'Habitat launched a project for a "national platform of available social housing listings", enabling social landlords to publish their rental and/or sale listings.
The site gives social housing applicants the opportunity to discover properties for sale and/or rent, whether new or existing. By highlighting social homeownership and HLM sale opportunities, the platform aims to promote these lesser-known activities and makes residential pathways a concrete reality.
Bienvéo.fr also plays a crucial role for social landlords by increasing the visibility of their rental listings, and facilitates the sale of various types of properties: homes, parking spaces, commercial premises and land.
Site redesign
In 2020, USH launched a tender for third-party application maintenance and hosting of the site, which Steamulo won. As part of this contract, the site was fully redesigned in 2021, both functionally and technically.
Our approach
Design Thinking-based conception
During the scoping and design phase, the team applied Design Thinking methods, building a solution with the end user at the centre of the thinking. The design was co-created between USH and Steamulo teams through workshops (Design Sprints).
