The "Mon Expert" project
The "Mon Expert" project addresses two specific requests from branches of the Banques Populaires (BP) and Caisses d'Epargne (CE) networks:
- Guide Pro and Business advisers to answer their clients' questions across the entire BPCE Group product range.
- Track and manage connection requests to the relevant business-line experts (leads) within a single tool.
An application dedicated to bank advisers
The application is now deployed across all BP and CE branches and manages connection requests to the following business lines:
- Employee savings
- Factoring
- E-commerce
- Associations
- Payment solutions
- Leasing
Feature details
In practice, branch advisers access a set of features enabling them to best serve their prospects and manage the resulting leads:
- Business offer presentations.
- Quote generation via dynamic offer-specific questionnaires.
- Lead capture and information gathering based on the requested offer (business line).
- Appointment scheduling with a business expert based on availability.
- Lead processing workflow tracking.
- Activity reporting by adviser, branch and business line.
On the business side, the business expert receives relevant leads, responds to the prospect and updates the lead status.
The BPCE Group
The BPCE Group was formed in 2009 from the merger of Caisses d'Epargne and Banque Populaire. Both networks operate retail banking, or "proximity banking", activities and sell products under their own brands.
The BPCE Group has approximately 8,000 bank branches, 36 million customers and 8 million members. The group's banking entities represent approximately 20% market share in retail banking in France.
