CertifPro IS Redesign
CertifPRO is an innovative platform run by France compétences, the French national authority on professional certification. It provides a comprehensive, up-to-date database of state-recognised qualifications to help users make informed career development decisions.
Steamulo was commissioned to take over the CertifPro IS and ensure its sustainability while adding new features.
Key actions taken
Technical audit
The engagement began with a technical audit identifying pain points, followed by a prioritised action list to bring the codebase back up to standard.
An Agile Scrum organisation
The implementation followed an AGILE Scrum methodology across 2 teams.
- Development team: 5 expert developers (REST API, Microservices Architecture, BDD, Responsive UI, Java/Spring processing, Electronic Signature, software factory and quality)
- DevOps team: supporting the delivery team with server infrastructure scripts and production monitoring
