Portal redesign and TMA (internet & extranet)
Creation of a new public-facing website alongside the deployment of a tenant extranet portal for Les Résidences Yvelines Essonne.
Context
Les Résidences Yvelines Essonne (LRYE) is a social housing organisation (ESH) established in 2017, operating across the Yvelines and Essonne departments, housing nearly 100,000 tenants across both areas.
LRYE, whose founding value is proximity, relies on a network of on-site caretakers spread across 7 local agencies throughout the territory.
Les Résidences had an institutional website that no longer met the needs and expectations of its users: tenants, prospective buyers, institutional partners and staff. They therefore sought a new partner to co-build their website, addressing all their objectives: positioning, brand image and awareness, tenant service offering, and property catalogue for rent and sale.
Project challenges
The project's challenge was twofold: showcasing a more modern and dynamic image of Les Résidences through a new website, while also setting up a tenant extranet with a dedicated service offering.
Website objectives
- Present all of Les Résidences' activities: property management, rental management, syndic, foundations, hospitality, LLI, CSR…
- Provide guidance and processes for social housing applications, tutorials, project updates (construction, renovation…)
- Showcase properties across the entire housing stock, including available units
- Increase LRYE's online visibility and improve search ranking through a tailored SEO strategy
Tenant portal objectives
- Enable tenants to more easily access their account information and pay rent online
- Offer a useful journey and services with an adapted interface to strengthen the LRYE / tenant relationship
- Gather more data on tenants in order to communicate better and offer personalised services
